Waste to Art 2010

The Waste to Art project is gearing up for 2010!

Waste to Art is not only an exciting community event that engages developing and professional artists, but also a great way to educate students and the community about how we can reduce, re-use and recycle the huge amount of waste that our society generates.

Please note the following important changes and information for Waste to Art 2010.

Venue: Due to construction at the Katoomba Civic Centre for the new Blue Mountains Cultural Centre we are unable to use this venue for the next few years. As we have been unable to find another suitable venue to accommodate all the expected entries we have secured two venues for Exhibition, one for all the student entries and one for all the community entries. All student entries will be exhibited at Braemar Gallery in Springwood and all community entries will be exhibited a few weeks later at the Event Horizon Gallery in Katoomba.
