Reconnecting to Country - Guided Walks in 2010
Guided Walks
Residents are invited to participate in various events being hosted across the Blue Mountains as part of the Reconnecting to Country project (a partnership project between BMCC, the Gully Traditional Owners, Rous Water, Sustainable Futures Australia and the Widjabul people).
Upcoming Events
Guided walks with Aboriginal people from our local community to hear about Aboriginal culture, history and heritage in the Blue Mountains and a weekend workshop with a variety of presenters and activities.
Guided Walks (free)
For the walks please bring a hat, drinking water, sunscreen and wear sturdy shoes. Children are welcome with the supervision of an accompanying adult.
There will be more guided walks held in 2010. Please check the website for more details later in the year.
