Swap or sell your garden goodies at our Community Corner
We can sell your excess fresh vegies, eggs and produce for you, for FREE! We can give you a idea of how much organic veg sells for, but you will ultimately decide the price you want for your goods. You can also give produce away, or make a trade if you like the look of other ‘swap or sell’ produce. If you’re interested, just turn up on market day and please bring along some kind of box/basket to display your produce. Note that fresh free-range eggs are particularly popular!
In the Blue Mountains there are already two other vegie “swap or sell” stalls. The Mid-Mountains stall in Lawson is run by John and Loret on the 3rd Sunday of the month at the Magpie Markets. The Upper Mountains stall at Blackheath Public School takes place on the 1st Sunday of each month. We are bridging the link up the mountains by providing this free of charge service to the folks of the lower mountains.
It’s part of how we like to give back to our community.
You can catch us every month at our stall at the Glenbrook markets (the 3rd Saturday of each month at Glenbrook Infants School).
